IM Properties appoints Majella Lynch as Project Director

IM Properties has appointed experienced property professional, Majella Lynch as Project Director within its Development team.

Majella, who joins IM Properties from Turner and Townsend where she was Associate Director, will be working on the delivery of a number of the company’s most high profile developments, including the Mell Square Shopping Centre in Solihull town centre, Blythe Valley and Fore Business Parks along the M42 corridor, and The Hub in Birmingham.

Prior to Turner and Townsend, Majella spent 10 years at Castlemore Securities, working on a number of key projects including the Temple Quay and Glass Wharf developments in Bristol along with 40 Holborn Viaduct in Central London.
