Saracen enjoys a Scottish New Year

Saracen Interiors welcomed in the New Year in Scotland with two projects marking its first steps into the country and consolidating its positioning as a national concern. The company is currently involved in projects running across the UK from design and build contracts and refurbishment work in London and the South East to the management of office moves in Scotland.

The award-winning workplace consultant has now completed dilapidations in Edinburgh and Inverness, moving staff to central premises in Glasgow for one of its long-term clients, a leading global environmental services provider. The company is now hoping to make its presence further felt in the Scottish market in 2015.

Last year was a big year for Saracen as it saw the company successfully launch in the North of England, with offices opening in Yorkshire to accommodate its growing portfolio of projects in the region. With a reputation for enjoying a high level of repeat business, Saracen has announced that it aims to build on its existing business in these areas and Scotland while promoting other services provided through its three sub divisions, Saracen Facilities, Saracen Small Works and Saracen Move Management.

Joint managing director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page is delighted the company is making its mark nationally and is determined to make a further impact geographically in the coming months: “We’re working hard to influence contacts at all the sites where we have a presence – infact, we were nominated for a series of prestigious design awards in Yorkshire in the first few months of launching, which speaks volumes about the quality of our work.

“It’s great to be in Scotland but we don’t intend to rest on our laurels. Our aim is to extend our portfolio with a further spread of our services north of the border while keeping an eye on the global market. We’re currently in talks with a number of international clients which fits with plans for the company’s further expansion over the next few years.”

Over the last decade, Saracen has worked across a wide range of commercial projects, from multi-million fit outs to facilities management contracts and the negotiation of office moves. The company has a proven track record in improving workplace efficiency and corporate standing with its tailor-made, cost-effective solutions.
