Three join the ranks at Innes England

East Midlands property consultancy Innes England has strengthened its team with the appointment of three new team members.

Laura Jardine and Edward Hiley have joined the firm’s Nottingham office as graduate surveyors while Charlotte Stubbins has recently taken up the role of assistant surveyor in Derby.

Edward recently graduated from the University of Reading where he gained a master’s degree in surveying. Prior to joining Innes England, he worked with a Lincolnshire firm of chartered surveyors. Edward will work with the business space agency team at Innes England.

Laura has an honours degree in property development from Sheffield Hallam University and has experience in commercial valuation and lettings. She has joined the business space agency team at the firm. Both Laura and Edward have also enrolled on Innes England’s graduate APC (assessment of professional competence) programme.

University of Derby graduate Charlotte will be working towards an MSc in real estate, while taking up a role with Innes England’s business space agency team in Derby.

Robert Hartley, managing director at Innes England, said: “We are very pleased to welcome these three talented people to the ranks at Innes England at a time when we are looking to bolster our team across our three offices in the region.

“Young people like Laura, Edward and Charlotte are the life-blood of our industry and it is hugely important to Innes England to invest in them by providing excellent opportunities for training and development.

“We are committed to taking on graduates and placement students as we look to further expand the firm – growing our own talent is something that is very important to us and our clients.

“Our APC programme is something that we are very proud of as it gives our trainees the support they need throughout the learning process to become fully qualified chartered surveyors. The training and experience we provide  enables their confidence to grow while at the same time building strong relationships with clients and other members of the team.”

Innes England has been running its APC programme for more than ten years and supports both its own internal candidates in addition to those working for its clients throughout their studies focusing on a variety of topics such as valuation, property management and professional standards.
