Vail Williams LLP, leading real estate advisers, have secured a five year lease with Solardome Industries Ltd for an industrial unit at Unit 4 Yeoman Industrial Park, Test Lane, Southampton.
 
The industrial unit is 5,776 sq ft (537 sq m) and has been taken on a new five year lease by Solardome Industries Ltd off a quoting rent of £37,550 per annum. Solardome Industries are the pioneers and market leaders of glass and aluminium geodesic domes up to 25m in diameter.
