Open storage land take-up

London Clancy are pleased to report there has been continued take-up for open storage sites.

With a general shortage of open storage sites, London Clancy have recently let a further area of approximately 19,265 sq ft on a three year lease to Andy Loos to facilitate the consolidation of their branches in the area.

The company following a recent acquisition of another business needed to bring all their facilities under one depot and Chalcroft Distribution Park provided the ideal solution providing a self contained site and 24 hour security.
