Acting on behalf of Manchester-based Ventgrove Ltd. joint agents DLP Surveyors (DLP) and Hirons Morgan Yapp have recently been successful in disposing of Unit A12 Severn Road, Treforest Industrial Estate to ‘Cardiff Engineering and Fabrications Ltd.’.
The unit, a modern semi-detached unit of just under 10,000 sq.ft, has been acquired by ‘Cardiff Engineering & Fabrications Ltd.’ as part of their company expansion from premises on the Fairfield Industrial Estate, Gwaelod y Garth.
‘Cardiff Engineering & Fabrications Ltd.’ are a business involved in the manufacturing and retail sectors which incorporates fabrication of various types of steel work together with bespoke architectural staircases and balustrades.
Carl Bennett of ‘Cardiff Engineering & Fabrications Ltd.’ commented “We are extremely pleased to have been able to acquire this unit close to our original base. We had been looking to buy a unit in this location for some time although were struggling to identify a suitable premises. The acquisition of this property will help us develop and expand our business even further.”

In fact our original client’s instructions were to identify a tenant for Unit A12. However as ‘Cardiff Engineering & Fabrications Ltd.’ had identified this unit as meeting all of their criteria we able to conclude negations for the sale of the property instead.”
