Following a short marketing period in which a substantial amount of interest was generated, Primmer Olds have successfully sold 27-29 Middle Road, Park Gate, to local residential estate agents Goadsby.
The property, which is made up of a ground floor retail shop, first floor self contained office and rear garage, was sold subject to a lease back of the first floor office to law firm Placidi & Co.
