Maxim has secured its first tenant for its newly reworked small office suites, with Wills Bros set to move in at the end of October having taken up a 1,900 sq ft unit on a five year lease.
In response to market demand, Maxim Office Park at Eurocentral in Lanarkshire, has unveiled the revamped office space within the Maxim 3 building. Designed to be flexible around the requirements of growing businesses and organisations, the new suites range in size from 1,000 to 5,000 sq ft.
Wills Bros is a civil engineering contractor at the forefront of the national infrastructure development programme in Ireland. Headquartered in Foxford, County Mayo, the opening of the new office at Maxim is indicative of the company’s continued growth and expansion plans within the UK.
