Knight Property Group sign up HSP for Minto Commercial Park

Aberdeen-based Knight Property Group has confirmed the latest letting in the final phase of its Minto Commercial Park development in Altens, Aberdeen.

HSP, leading supplier of valves to the global oil, gas, petrochemical and power industries, has signed a 15 year lease in the £35 million commercial park. The tenancy comprises a 3,445 square foot office, a 9,100 square foot warehouse and a 12,400 square foot concrete yard.

The premises, built on a speculative basis, is the final building on the 12 acre park to be signed over for occupation.

Ryden and Graham and Sibbald were the joint letting agents for the development and Bancon was the main contractor.

The Minto development is one of Knight Property Group’s developments which currently includes the Capitol Theatre on Union Street, where a £35million investment will see the listed building, which dates back to 1933, restored and refurbished to create 75,000 sq ft of office space.
