Rapleys appoints Town Planning Partner in Edinburgh

Neil Gray joins Rapleys LLP as Town Planning Partner in its Edinburgh office. He brings nearly 20 years’ experience in the town planning sector from across Scotland and the north of England.

Neil’s appointment expands Rapleys’ town planning offer in Scotland backed by a UK wide team of experienced town planning professionals. He will work closely with agency colleagues from within the Edinburgh office to enhance existing commercial property services. He will also add value to ongoing instructions through theprovision of advice covering a range of town planning matters such as major and local planning applications. He will manage the promotion of development proposals through various local development plan review activities across Scotland and act for clients in relation to planning hearings and appeals.

Neil is well-connected in the Scottish property and development network, previously Associate Director at Colliers International in Edinburgh. He provides expert planning advice in a straightforward and direct manner and he has the ability to assemble, coordinate and manage teams to help deliver a tailored solution to clients’ needs.
