City property experts were treated to a wavetop tour of Bristol’s commercial heartlands by the Development Consultancy team at Colliers International this week.
The Broad Quay-based commercial property specialists organised a boat trip around the city’s historic docks and harbourside giving property sector professionals, architects and developers a unique view of the increasingly popular business hub as well as a chance to extend their business network.
Organised by Chris Dawson from Colliers International, the networking opportunity proved popular with the city’s business community.
He said: “Last summer we went underground to visit Redcliffe Caves, this year we decided to take to the water so it looks as if we may be taking to the skies this time next year!
“The boat trip was a great success in terms of demonstrating the radical changes which have taken place in the heart of the city in recent years.
“Our guests were able to see for themselves that Bristol’s historic Harbourside is as crucial to the city’s identity and prosperity now as it was in the city’s trading heyday.”
