Two new recruits for DTZ Cardiff

DTZ today announced two new appointments to its Cardiff office.

Sarah Hazell joins as a Surveyor whilst Harry Gibson joins as a Graduate Surveyor.

Joining from Faithful + Gould, Sarah joins the Cardiff office’s six strong Project and Building Consultancy team. In her new role she will be providing professional advice and services including technical due diligence, dilapidations advice, project monitoring, and design and contract administration services to a range of clients across South Wales.

A graduate from Oxford Brookes University, Harry Gibson joins the Agency and Development team and will be undertaking DTZ’s two year graduate programme. Harry has already completed two internships with DTZ and recently returned from six months travelling. His role will involve supporting the agency team with viewings, research and finding and acquiring sites for retail and leisure development projects.

Rhys James, Senior Director and Head of DTZ’s Cardiff office, comments: “DTZ’s commitment to growth in Cardiff allows us to continue to service our very strong client base at a local level, but with the strength of DTZ’s national and international reputation as leaders in the market to support this growth.”

He added: “As our market in South Wales is showing encouraging signs of improvement we have adopted an ambitious growth agenda and I am delighted to announce the recruitment of Sarah and Harry to provide added depth within our building surveying and agency departments.”
