South Wales recruitment firm has clear view of future with the opening of new office in Cardiff

Fast growing recruitment agency, Clear Sky Recruitment, has opened a Cardiff office in line with its expansion plan to further establish its presence in the south Wales area.

The expansion for Clear Sky Recruitment is as a direct response to demand for staff within the Cardiff area.

The new office for the business, which is based at Alexandra Gate, will service the existing clients in the local area. Clear Sky Recruitment says it will ensure clients and candidates continue to receive a highly personal service specific to their individual needs.

Clear Sky Recruitment provides temporary and permanent staff to businesses of all sizes.

Ross Porter, Managing Director of Clear Sky Recruitment, said: “The opening of our Cardiff office will give our business a boost and it will provide a platform to develop our client base in the city and the surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on recruitment excellence and service delivery and I am pleased to say that we are quickly emerging as one of south Wales’ best agencies in this respect.”

Clear Sky Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the  sectors such as industrial, contact centre, office support, IT & digital, accountancy, sales and marketing.

The business is led by Ross Porter who returned to the recruitment arena earlier this year, having previously developed the well respected Draig Personnel from 1999 until it was acquired by the Newport headquartered Acorn Group in 2011.

Ross said: “During my short break from the recruitment industry, I realized how much I missed the buzz of working closely with candidates and clients and matching talent with opportunity. Many former clients are pleased to hear that I’m back in business as they know that we will do what we say and we offer the very best candidates and service alike.

“We have some really big plans for Clear Sky Recruitment and we are all very pleased to have added an office in our capital city to our ever expanding operation.”
