Office swap and new recruits for CBRE

CBRE’s South Coast office has added three new recruits to its Building Consultancy, Asset Services and Valuations teams. Simon Wilmot-Wilkinson and Craig Powell have both been appointed Associate Directors and Callum Paddock joins as a graduate.

Recently promoted to Associate Director, Simon Wilmot-Wilkinson has joined the Southampton office from CBRE in Bristol where he had been for four years. He ‘swapped’ offices with Jake Stephenson who has relocated to CBRE in Bristol. Simon’s appointment strengthens the Building Surveying offer, both in terms of fulfilling an increasingly diverse work stream and picking up on business development opportunities. He recently moved back to Bosham where he has strong family links and is enjoying being able to spend more time on the water – sailing and paddle boarding.

Simon is an established ‘all-rounder’ within CBRE’s National Team Building Consultancy and has developed strong client relationships with both major investors and property businesses.

Craig Powell joins as an Associate Director in the Asset Services team from Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell. He has over 15 years’ experience providing commercial property advice to owners, investors and occupiers across the South Coast and has an in depth knowledge and experience of the local market. Craig will focus on property and asset management.

Callum Paddock has just completed his MSc at Reading University and joined the Valuation team to continue to develop his technical skills in property valuation focusing on flow modelling and analysis.

Commenting on the recent appointments, CBRE regional managing director James Brounger said: “We’re delighted to welcome our latest recruits to Southampton. Simon’s office swap and Craig and Callum’s arrival continue our planned expansion across the south coast. Both Simon and Craig bring a wealth of experience in their fields which will enable us to bring further added value to the services we provide on both local and national scale.
