Emanuel Jones acting on behalf of Roverbourne Limited have agreed a letting of 181 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff to Pappa John’s Pizzas.
The property was let on the basis of a new 20 year lease at a rental of £20,000 per annum. The landlord undertook the refurbishment to accommodate Pappa John’s.
