Global property advisers, Colliers International has appointed Kate Morgan to its National Rating Team as Director of Rating.
Kate’s role at Colliers International will involve leading the business development unit for the National Rating team.
Previously the Head of Business Development at Bruntwood, Kate contributed to the company’s most successful year for new lettings since 2007, through the implementation of new sales management systems and initiatives to improve the business’s asset management function. Prior to this, Kate began her career as a consultant and was involved in the promotion of Manchester on behalf of MIDAS, which contributed to the creation and retention of more than 3,500 jobs in the Greater Manchester area.
John Webber, Head of Rating, Colliers International said: “Kate will be based in our Birmingham office in her new role as Director of Rating. Kate is a strategic addition to our team; a professional approach to developing and retaining business is important in this industry, which has more than its fair share of ambulance chasers.”
Kate’s appointment follows a number of new additions to Colliers’ National Rating team, including Laurence Hatchwell OBE, Director of Rating, and Erich Gutt, Director of Rating.
