South Wales based managed IT specialist, Team Metalogic has moved to new offices in order to accommodate its plans for expansion following a number of recent new client wins. The business has moved from its former base at Navigation Park in Abercynon to its own 1,700 sq. ft. of dedicated office space on the Caerphilly Business Park.
Established by Managing Director, Mike Parfitt in 2003, Team Metalogic specialise in outsourced managed IT support and services for small and medium businesses throughout Wales and the UK. It counts the likes of Moginie James Estate Agents, Creative Risk Solutions Insurance Brokers, Gower Chemicals and WCS Environmental amongst its clients.
In 2012, the company won the ‘Service Sector Business of the Year’ award at the Rhondda Cynon Taf Business Club Awards and in 2013 it was awarded the prestigious Accredit UK, a mark of excellence for the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry that identifies businesses committed to delivering ICT solutions to the highest standard.
In recent months, it has won several new clients including Luton based entertainment provider, The Entertainment Department, industrial waste recycling specialist, Darlow Lloyd & Sons and Accountancy firm, Macey Owen.
Mike Parfitt said, “This is an important move for us as we look to grow our client base further and expand our team. We’ve built the business up organically over the last 10 years based on what we call the ‘Metalogic Way’, which is all about providing our clients with a highly responsive and consistently excellent level of service. Whilst the technology and processes that we have developed allows us to resolve the majority of IT issues remotely, we chose the location of the new offices because they are well-connected to road and transport infrastructure, which means that we can easily reach our clients whenever we need to do so.”
