Global real estate services firm, DTZ has sold an industrial property in Bristol to a residential developer.

53 County Street in Totterdown has been sold to 4 Most Homes Ltd who will be developing the property into residential units.

DTZ acted on behalf of a private pension fund.

The property comprises a 2,757 sq ft detached two storey workshop unit which was previously granted planning consent for residential use. It is located in Totterdown, close to the junction with the A4 Bath Road which has direct access to Bristol city centre.

Will Nell, Associate Director at DTZ in Bristol, commented: “The property was located in a popular residential area of Bristol close to the Paintworks and within walking distance of Temple Mead railway station, we received a number of bids and which shows there is good interest in the market for residential development opportunities.”
