DTZ raises a ‘tache-tastic £1,300 for Movember

DTZ’s Corporate Real Estate team in Birmingham has raised over £1,300 for the Movember cause.

Four plucky participants from the office team took up the moustache growing challenge to raise money for prostate and testicular cancer. They were joined by four ‘Mo Sistas’ from the team who helped to raise money.

Fundraising activities included a cake sale raising £147, whilst Mo Sista, Amy Harper, donned a fake moustache and ran 5k in Battersea Park as part of the Mo Fun Run, raising £215.

Colin Bailey, Associate Director at DTZ said: “Whilst we are relieved that our faces are now fuzz free, we are delighted that our ‘taches have gone some way to raising funds such for a fantastic cause.”

Last year, across the world, more than 447,000 Mo Bros got on board, raising more than £48.6 million. To date, Movember has raised more than £108.5 million for men’s health.

Taking part from DTZ’s Birmingham office were Colin Bailey, Philip Reynolds, David Rigby and James Millard. They were supported by Mo Sistas, Amy Harper, Alexis Shaw, Gillian Green and Lisa Codling.
