GBR Phoenix Beard has announced three promotions across the business. Martin Horswood becomes an Asset Management Director in the London office, having been responsible for a number of new client wins since joining the firm in 2013. Nash Patel has been made a Director and is responsible for the firm’s internal finance and accounting functions. He joined GBR Phoenix Beard in 2006. Stephen Halfpenny becomes an Associate Director in the Building Consultancy department,
