Tenants show their support for Queens Keep

An education recruitment specialist has moved to new, larger offices within Queens Keep in Southampton following a recent expansion in the business.

Teaching Personnel, which has been based in Queens Keep for the past eight years, was delighted to sign a new six-year lease after Ashville announced its plans for the landmark building. Terms were agreed with national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).

Andy Hodgkinson, associate director in LSH’s Southampton-based South Coast team – marketing Queens Keep on behalf of Ashville – said the recruitment company had given the new-look building a vote of confidence.

“The refurbishment has created bright and airy office accommodation, with stunning views, right in the heart of Southampton. We are delighted to have worked with Teaching Personnel to find a new, bigger suite that suits their needs as a growing company,” he said.

“We are receiving enquiries from other companies that are keen to relocate to the quality office space and we expect demand from potential occupiers to remain high.”

Ashville continues to transform and improve Queens Keep to suit modern occupiers’ requirements.  It has created open plan and flexible office space, encompassed by three sides of accessible windows, providing natural daylight, fresh air and spectacular views – qualities which Ashville feels are essential in creating a positive and productive work space. It has installed secure bike storage and shower facilities to ensure tenants have all the amenities they need.

Queens Keep is close to the Central Station, local amenities and has an unrivalled position opposite Watts Park, putting tenants in the heart of the city.

Queens Keep still has a variety of office suites available.
