Woko Woco and Radisson Blu announce gala event with leading Welsh acts

High level networking group, Woko Woco, along with its partner hotel, Radisson Blu, Cardiff, has announced the acts for its gala dinner and has ensured a strong Welsh theme showcasing some of the rising stars of the local area.

Over 150 of Wales’ leading businessmen and women will be attending the event, which will be held on Friday 2nd December at the Radisson Blu, Cardiff’s tallest hotel.

Amongst the acts performing on the night will be Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalists, Dance Angels, a group of 23 girls as young as ten, that have become hugely popular in the dance industry after successfully reaching the live televised stages of the hit ITV show earlier this year. Alongside Dance Angels, their sister group, Angels Rock, will also be showcasing their talent in the evening.

In addition, Rod Woodward, the award winning, Welsh-born comedian, who has previously won the BBC’s comedy competition Funny Business, will also be performing. He is one of the latest rising comics in the UK, having supported the likes of Russell Brand and Patrick McGuiness on his 110 night nationwide tour.

Mike Freebury, co-founder of Woko Woco, commented: “Woko Woco is a network that prides itself on its innovation, fun and flair, and therefore we have approached this event with this over-riding remit. There is a lot of great talent in Wales and we are thrilled to be able to showcase this alongside Radisson Blu to the business community at the highest level.  We are looking forward to an evening of top class entertainment and a night to remember in a superb location.”
