Fletcher Morgan have announced that Newport Road Retail Park is now fully let. Fletcher Morgan / Edgerley Simpson Howe have completed three lettings to Halfords, Dreams and Topps Tiles, on behalf of Threadneedle Property Unit Trust.
A unit of 7,500 sqft has been let to Halfords on a 10 year lease. A unit of 5,300 sqft has been let to Topps Tiles on a 15 year lease, and a unit of 6,975 sqft has been let to Dreams on a 10 year lease.
Newport Road Retail Park is located in a prominent position on Newport Road, one of the main arterial routes to the City Centre. Situated close to the PDR Southern Way which leads to A4232 and M4 Motorway. The scheme is arranged as a terrace extending to 55,000 sq.ft. in an established out of town retail area.
