Four new appointments for DTZ Manchester

DTZ today announced the appointment of four new people to its Manchester office. Rhian Davitt-Jones joins as a Senior Consultant. Simon Page and Daniel Searle join as Surveyors in the Building Consultancy and Residential Agency teams respectively. Lucy Fitzhugh has also joined as a Senior Consultant.

Rhian Davitt-Jones joins the Planning team as Senior Consultant, directly supporting Associate Director Andrew Teage to provide comprehensive, robust and commercially grounded strategic planning and development advice across the North West. Rhian is a Chartered Town Planner with over six years experience in both the public and private sectors, specifically within housing and regeneration, having most recently worked as an Area Manager at the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

Previously a Chartered Building Surveyor at AA Projects Ltd in Leeds, Simon Page joins the Building Consultancy team. He has 9 years practical experience within the education, public and commercial sectors on a broad range of property matters for clients including Hansteen Holding PLC, Ultralase, Peverel Management Services Ltd. His new role will focus on properties within the commercial, leisure and retail sectors and is involved with commissions at the Bauhaus on Quay Street in Manchester, Peel Centre in Blackburn and Charter Walk Shopping Centre in Burnley.

Daniel Searle has joined the established and experienced residential property, development land and student accommodation department at DTZ as a Surveyor. He previously worked at Savills and Knight Frank. Daniel will work on behalf of a range of both public and private sector clients advising across a broad spectrum of residential property types. He joins the established team covering the North West region to assist with the continued growth of the business.

Previously an Associate Director within the Development Consultancy team at Savills in Birmingham, Lucy FitzHugh joins the Public Sector Advisory team. She has over 10 years experience working with education and public sector clients providing strategic advice on a diverse range of property matters for clients including Birmingham City University, City College Coventry, and Stratford upon Avon College. Her new role will focus primarily on the education and health sectors.
