Two of the Vale of Glamorgan’s leading accountancy firms have merged to offer clients an increasing range of specialist services and advice.
O’Shea & Owen Chartered Accountants has merged with fellow Cowbridge-based practice Macey Green to create Macey Owen Limited.
The new firm, which will operate from 5 Willow Walk, Cowbridge, will be run by partners Martyn Owen and Charlotte Hulley, who are supported by five members of staff.
Established in the 1960s O’Shea & Owen has earned an enviable reputation for looking after the needs of clients in and around Cowbridge and the Vale of Glamorgan. The practice is led by principal partner Martyn Owen who has been advising local businesses and clients in the agricultural sector for over thirty years.
Macey Green was established in 2012 by Charlotte Hulley, a former partner of Cardiff firm KTS Owens Thomas. Utilising her strong corporate and tax planning background, Charlotte has quickly built a name for Macey Green for providing a high-quality, personal service to clients.
The merger is seen as the joining of two like-minded firms, with shared core values, for the benefit of clients and staff alike. Martyn, said: “We’re delighted to have merged firms.
