Pandora to open first store in Chesterfield

Dutch jewellery chain, Pandora, are to open their first outlet in Chesterfield as part of their ongoing UK expansion in a deal secured by Alan Pearson, Director of FHP Property Consultants.

Pandora have taken a new ten year lease on 1 Low Pavement, Chesterfield, formerly occupied by Boots Opticians. The store comprises of a ground floor of 1,057ft² with upper floor ancillary of 1,237ft².

“The property occupies a prime position in Chesterfield between the Vicar Lane and Pavements Shopping Centres, opposite the market place. Chesterfield continues to be a strong market town with a low vacancy rate and considerable interest was shown in the subject premises. We are delighted to have secured Pandora, a new retailer for Chesterfield as part of their national expansion. Pandora will prove an excellent addition to an already strong retail mix for Chesterfield in a deal that was secured within three months of going to market”.
