LSH strengthens its Central London Office Agency

Commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has hired Glyn Lloyd as Associate Director to its Central London Office Agency team.

Glyn’s role will involve working with a variety of clients across Central London including Nationwide Building Society, Euston Estate and the BBC.

Before joining LSH, Glyn worked for commercial property advisors Matthews & Goodman for over seven years. While there, Glyn represented some of the company’s biggest clients including major Central London land holders, a global magazine publisher, various pension funds and private investors and developers.

David Earle, Head of Central London Office Agency at LSH, said: “We are investing in recruitment of the best talent to deliver our ambitions for growth in 2014 and beyond. Glyn’s expertise in the Central London market and his experience of working with a varied client base will add to our regional and sector capability.

“Q1 2014 has seen strong rental growth in Central London offices, fuelled by the strong growth in business confidence and a drop in supply. Glyn’s appointment follows a string of recent successes for LSH in Central London.”

Glyn commented: “The current market prospects make it an exciting time to be joining the Central London Office Agency at Lambert Smith Hampton. I look forward to using my expertise in a national company with a diverse client base and ambitious plans for future growth.”
