Lambert Smith Hampton on the move in Reading

After more than 20 years at its Castle Street address, the Reading team of national commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), is relocating to take the top floor at Central Point on Queens Road, Reading.

LSH has signed a five-year lease, paying £17.50 per sq ft for the top floor of the office building, with views of the town. It will move out of Holybrook House, Castle Street, and into Central Point on Friday 11 November.

Nick Coote, Head of LSH’s Reading office, commented: “We have been seeking more modern premises for some time, and our move to Central Point will allow us to put into play the modern working practices we have seen many of our corporate clients adopt over the last few years. The fit-out of our new, open plan space will not only aid closer collaboration within the current team, but will support our future growth and expansion targets.”

Central Point, an Al Adan Company-owned property, is a refurbished office building located on the corner of Queens Road and London Street totalling 17,888 sq ft.
