GL Hearn to open Cheltenham office as it makes strategic business rates appointment

GL Hearn has announced it is to open an office in Cheltenham following the strategic appointment of Simon Griffin, who joins the independent property consultancy as Business Rates Director.

Simon, who joins GL Hearn in February, has 16 years’ experience in the property sector advising on all aspects of business rates. Before joining GL Hearn, Simon spent several years as a Senior Director at DTZ and before that as an equity partner at Donaldsons.

As part of this strategic appointment, GL Hearn will be opening an office in Cheltenham. Simon will head the new office which will comprise a mix of rating surveyors, rate payment managers and support team members.
