Acting on behalf of private landlord clients, Keningtons have completed the letting of Unit 20 Calne Business Centre to Engineering Solutions SA Limited.
The company have relocated from a smaller unit elsewhere on the Portemarsh Industrial Estate, and have taken the 2,437 sq ft unit on a new 10 year lease, with tenants breaks.
