Aerial specialist signals start of exciting era

The ‘no vacancies’ sign has gone up at a popular Nottingham industrial estate after a national telecoms maintenance company secured the final available warehouse unit, leading commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced.

Aerial Painters Ltd has signed a five-year lease on the 3,158 sq ft Unit 1 at Palm Court, Basford, near Nottingham.

Will Bradley, surveyor in the Industrial and Logistics team at LSH’s Nottingham office, said: “Aerial Painters is clearly going from strength to strength and this unit will allow them to meet workload requirements and attract more business. It is very pleasing to have achieved full occupation at Palm Court in what is still a challenging market.”

Aerial Painters was established in 2009 and specialises in the repair and maintenance of telecoms equipment across the country.

Director Neil Pazadian said: “Our relocation to Palm Court is the latest step in the company’s expansion and we believe the location and accommodation are exactly what we need at this point in time.”

“This is our fourth year of trading, painting and inspecting radio masts for both broadcasting and telecommunications, working nationwide and in the Republic of Ireland. We are currently involved with a number of blue chip clients and are getting involved in the tall masts as a principal contractor, so these are exciting times for the company.”

LSH is a national commercial property consultancy that works with investors, developers and occupiers across the public and private sectors, and it is single-mindedly focused on UK and Irish property markets.
