An expanding local Andover company have secured Unit 12 North Way, Walworth Business Park Andover on a new five year lease within one month of the 26,000 sq ft warehouse being put on the market. The building, which provides two storey offices, two warehouse bays and a substantial rear yard, has been refurbished and a headline rent equating to £5.25 per sq ft was agreed.
