Leading civil engineering and building specialists North Midland Construction plc (NMC) has appointed a new Finance Director.
Dan Taylor has joined the Board as current Finance Director Mike Garratt retires after thirty years with NMC. Dan was formerly at PKF and has also been employed in the construction industry.
Robert Moyle says; “We’re delighted to welcome Dan to the board, he is highly capable and perceptive and we are confident he will be successful in his new role. We are of course sad to be saying goodbye to Mike after thirty years with the company. He has had a key role in the growth of the Group and has always brought a sound and commercial perspective to the business, he will be sorely missed and we wish him a very long and happy retirement.”
Another change to the Board is the retirement of Doug Bleakley, a founder member of subsidiary Nomenca Ltd. Andy Langman has taken over his role on the Board and brings experience gained during his time as Managing Director, and co-founder of Nomenca.
