Set fair for construction upturn

Expanding building supplies firm Chandlers break out from their heartland in the southeast to exploit the construction upturn in a move that appears to have been timed to perfection.  Following an extensive search across the region, Chandlers identified Loades Estate’s Old Church Road site as the ideal site for their Midland operation.
