Acting on behalf of Cedarhope Properties Ltd, Jonathon Seddon of NG Chartered Surveyors, has announced the letting of a 12,400 sq.ft industrial unit on the Cossall Industrial Estate to foodstuffs supplier Cabico Ltd.
The property was secured on a three year lease at a rental of £37,400 per annum.
