Search for tenants stepped up at Cheltenham landmark

Colliers International and joint agents Bruton Knowles have stepped up their search for new occupiers at the landmark St George’s House office building in the centre of Cheltenham.

The property specialists gave almost two dozen property agents a whistle stop tour of the prestigious site – opposite Cheltenham’s world famous Ladies College.

James Preece from Colliers International’s Bristol office said: “We are determined to find new occupiers for this fabulous building and bring more jobs back to Cheltenham.”

Agents from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bristol and Swindon attended the event, designed to raise the profile of one of the town’s finest commercial buildings.

St Georges House offers almost 60,000 square feet of prime open plan office space behind its neo-classical frontage. There is on site parking for 57 cars.

Julian Capewell of Bruton Knowles said: “St Georges is in a superb location less than two minutes walk from the ‘destination experience’ shopping at the Promenade and Regent Arcade and is just a five minute drive from Cheltenham Spa station.”

James Preece concluded:  “With its imposing colonnaded entrance and contemporary interior St Georges House offers one of the largest buildings currently available in Cheltenham with up to 13,000 sq ft on each floor.”
