South West recruitment specialist Acorn has demonstrated its support for manufacturers in the area by sponsoring the North Devon Manufacturers Association’s (NDMA) annual awards.
This was the first year that Acorn sponsored the Customer Services Award (bronze level) which was won by Whiteland Engineering Ltd Torrington Lane, Bideford.

Acorn has worked alongside the organisation for a number of years and was only too happy to show its support for these prestigious awards.

This year’s event was held in Barnstaple and categories included Manufacturer of the Year, Small Manufacturer of the Year, Team of the Year and Apprentice of the Year.
The NDMA promote, through meetings, lectures, representation, networking, visits and social events, the development of manufacturing and supporting services businesses in order to achieve full potential.
