Once again FHP’s Retail Team have beaten the competition to win the prestigious “Most Active Retail Agent” Award for the East Midlands, with almost double the number of retail deals to its nearest challenger.
David Hargreaves, a founder of FHP, confirmed that during 2012 167 retail transactions were secured by the team from offices in Nottingham and Derby.
Ben Tebbutt said: “Despite a difficult market creativity and thinking outside the box still allows deals to be put together for the benefit of both landlord and tenant.
Alan Pearson, Associate Director, said: “Our deals have been spread more or less equally between the Shopping Centres (Broadmarsh Nottingham, Westfield Derby, Four Seasons Mansfield and Idlewells Sutton-in-Ashfield) and the High Street throughout the region.
David Richardson said: “The FHP Retail Team are well-known in the industry, attending events such as the BCSC, Completely Retail Market Place and Bread & Butter (the retail showcase event in Berlin). This month we have sponsored the SAS Drinks Party in London, whilst at the end of April we will have a stand at Completely Retail Market Place.”
Other members of the Retail Team include David Richardson, Frankie Labbate, George Dunnicliff and Mark Bradley.
