Restaurant group Poco Bara Limited, the company behind Mimosa Kitchen & Bar have taken a lease of 175 Kings Road, Pontcanna, Cardiff.
Sole agents Emanuel Jones let the property on behalf of ex rugby star Jonathan Davies. Jonathan expressed his delight with the letting stating ‘I am pleased that this property has been let to Poco Bara who I am sure will provide an excellent establishment ideal for Pontcanna and the wider area’.
Tomas Souto of Emanuel Jones said ‘There was fierce competition for this property, but the obvious choice was Poco Bara due to their track record and their proposed concept. The letting shows that despite the state of the retail market it is still possible to let properties to high quality tenants’.
