Italian shoe brand Carlo Pazolini is to open a 1500 sq ft store at 15 Brompton Road in London, its first in the UK. Cushman & Wakefield is its sole UK adviser. The retailer has signed a 10-year lease for the ground and basement floors and plans to open before Christmas 2011.
Carlo Pazolini launched in Italy in 1990. Combining the best of Italian tradition with modern design and high quality materials, the brand has created its own distinctive style of premium footwear and accessories in the medium price range. It has shops in the USA, Italy, Prague, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
Pete Mace, head of the Central London retail team at Cushman & Wakefield, said, “Brompton Road is one of the most sought-after locations for international brands. Recent signings on the road include The Kooples, Tommy Hilfiger and Cos. Following Carlo Pazolini’s success globally it is now entering the UK market and we are looking for suitable Central London high street and selected shopping centre locations.”
