Andrew Peacock joins CBRE to head up Central London Asset Management Team

CBRE today announced that Andrew Peacock will join as Head of Central London Asset Management.

As part of CBRE’s Real Estate Finance division and working closely with the Central London team, Andrew will co-ordinate and develop tailored asset management strategies for investors in major single assets and complex portfolios in London.

Andrew joins after 24 years at Aviva Investors, where he was a senior member of the team. From 2000-2007 he managed the Aviva Life Fund’s £1.4bn Central London office portfolio, and was responsible for a number of high profile projects including, Paddington Central, 77 Grosvenor Street and 40 Berkeley Square. More recently Andrew was instrumental in setting up Aviva

Investors’ Singapore office and developing its business in the Asia Pacific region.
