Emanuel Jones and Jones Lang LaSalle acting jointly have agreed a letting of an office suite in 8 Cathedral Road, Cardiff to Quantity Surveyors Banks Wood.
Atkins Properties Limited, the owner of the building, recently undertook a refurbishment of the Fourth Floor, part of which was let to Save The Children and with another part now being let to Banks Wood. Tom Souto of Emanuel Jones who represented Atkins Properties Limited said:-
