Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting on the former Wallace’s Farm Shop and Restaurant, Hill Farm, Nr Hemyock, Devon located near to the Wellington Monument on the Blackdown Hills. The former farm shop was available at a rent at £12,000 per annum. The premises were mainly open plan and extended to 253 sq m (2,725 sq ft) plus WCs.
