CF Commercial continues growth with new hire

CF Commercial is thrilled to continue its growth with the hire of Annabel Magnay, which sees her working across office, industrial and retail agencies. She joins CFC as a motivated chartered surveyor following four years spent working across licenced leisure sector at AG&G. In the few short weeks since she has joined, Annabel has hit the ground running working on William Pears Group’s Hallsville Quarter, Greystar’s Greenford Quay and General Projects’ Expressway. Annabel joins Jake Stace, also working across office and retail agencies, to complete CFC’s close-knit commercial team.

“Annabel is a key player for CFC bringing a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector where she spent four years working alongside some of the UK’s biggest F&B operators placing them into key sites across London,” say CF Commercial director and founder, Craig Fisher. “Her proven track record and experience working internationally will take CFC to the next level, and together with director Harriet Gidney and Ben Reeve, our powerhouse retail, industrial and office team continues to grow stronger.”

CFC was founded in 2009 with the intention of turning London’s retail scene on its head. Over the last decade, CFC has expanded beyond retail and now specialises in mixed use regeneration projects across emerging submarkets, combining retail and leisure, office and creative workspaces, industrial and advisory consultancy.

As a full-spectrum property consultancy and independent commercial agency, CFC works across the whole lifecycle of a development from acquisition and planning through to lettings and disposals with some of today’s most prominent names in the market. Its most recent appointments include LendLease’s International Quarter London and Elephant Park, Delancey’s East Village and Here East and L&G’s Blackhorse Mills and 245 Hammersmith Road developments and beyond London where the CFC team is advising clients on major strategic projects in Newcastle, Birmingham, Bracknell and Brighton.
