Savills expands Southampton Project Management team

David Bailey, director, Savills' Building & Project Consultancy team, Southampton

International real estate advisor Savills has expanded its Building & Project Consultancy (B&PC) team with the appointment of David Bailey who joins as a director based at the firm’s Southampton office.

David has over 25 years’ experience within the built environment with expertise in building surveying, development monitoring, project management and providing strategic accommodation advice. He joins from Gregory Associates where he was a director, specialising in complex industrial fit outs for national and multi-national occupiers, as well as successfully delivering the fit out of several commercial offices for high end clients and leading on Party Wall Matters and Reinstatement Cost Assessments for the organisation.

At Savills David will focus on project management, particularly of the construction and fit out of industrial sites in London and the south east, with a number of high profile projects in the pipeline currently. David will also support the southern region team in delivering wider professional Building Surveying services.
