One of Wales’ leading communications agencies has appointed two new staff as it develops its services.
Cardiff-based Effective Communication, which won four golds and a silver at the recent CIPR Cymru Pride Awards, has employed Miff Riley as Business Manager and Katherine Williams-Davies as Senior Account Manager.
Ms Riley, who has worked in business development for over a decade, brings with her a well-established network of business connections, and has already been instrumental in the signing of several new clients.
Ms Riley said: “It is great to be working for such a well-known, well respected agency. I believe Effective already has an excellent reputation for its traditional PR services, but it is increasingly supporting clients in the rapidly developing areas of social media and digital marketing.”
Ms Williams-Davies has several years of experience working for a number of Cardiff PR agencies and will be primarily working with Effective’s business to business clients.

Effective Communication won gold awards for Consumer Relations, Best Use of Media Relations, Integrated Communications and Best Use of Measurement and Evaluation and was awarded a silver for Outstanding Public Relations Consultancy of the Year.
