Funds advised by Bradda Capital have obtained planning consent to redevelop their warehouse on Church Manorway, Erith and increase the size to c.60,000 sq ft with a 13m eaves height.

The intensification of the use of the site by area and volume fits with wider GLA planning strategy for the London area and the high quality development is expected to attract strong occupier interest.
