Fladgate advises Hardwicke Chambers on the letting of their new office at One Gray’s Inn

Fladgate has advised Hardwicke Chambers on the letting of the newly redeveloped One Gray’s Inn, WC1. The deal involved the letting of the entire 21,000sq ft office element by The Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn to Hardwicke Chambers.

The newly redeveloped Grade A office space which reached practical completion in June 2020 comprised new façades on all elevations, a rear extension and total rebuilding of the central core, comfort cooling and one new floor. The Fladgate team advised on the agreement, lease, construction documents, tax, financing and internal arrangements for the client.
