Savills, on behalf of Jubilee Industrial Investments Ltd, has let six industrial units at Benedict Square in Werrington, Peterborough.

The space, which ranges from 600 sq ft (55 sq m) to 1,250 sq ft (116 sq m) has been let to a variety of occupiers on new leases between three and five years. Deals include:

  • Unit 24 let to Crunchy Snacks Ltd
  • Unit 25 let to DS Fleet Maintenance Ltd
  • Unit 32 let to Brents Boxing Peterborough
  • Unit 36 let to Stiches & Print
  • Unit 39 let to EasyPrint Ltd
  • Unit 20 let to S-Print

Following this recent flurry of deals, just two units totalling 2,159 sq ft (200 sq m) remains available to let with a starting quoting rent of £7 per sq ft (£75 per sq m).

Edward Gee, associate director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, comments: “Benedict Square provides good quality industrial accommodation in a well-established commercial location, on one of the main thoroughfares into Peterborough city centre. Despite ongoing uncertainty due to the Covid-19 pandemic, small, mostly local, businesses have continued to actively look for space and the scheme has provided the ideal place for them to continue to thrive. Due to its strong credentials and flexible lease terms we expect to receive significant interest in the last remaining units.”
