Computer firm moves into Blandford business park

A trade counter premises at a busy Blandford business park has been bought by an established IT company.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the sale of the 4,866 sq ft (451.98) premises at Unit 53, Sunrise Business Park. The quoting price was £325,000.

Myddelton & Major Surveyor Gary Mead said: “The new owner of these trade counter premises is Prodigy PC Ltd, which has been in business for 16 years and offers IT solutions for businesses across the south.

“The company has experience of working for a wide range of industries, including accountancy, hospitality, recruitment and manufacturing.

“At Sunrise Business Park they will be joining many other local and national companies including Travis Perkins, Electrical Centre, Spectrum Property Care, MPH Plumbing Merchants and Dorset Auto Spares.”

Sunrise Business Park is on the north-west fringes of Blandford and easily accessed from the nearby A345 Salisbury to Dorchester Road and A350 Blandford bypass.
